Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Oversee daily general ledger accounting operations and month-end close activities Review journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other accounting adjustments Supervise and support accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Manage balance sheet reconciliations and perform detailed general ledger analysis Coordinate with AR, AP, payroll, and finance teams to resolve accounting inquiries Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper eliminations across entities Support audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditors Assist with tax-related schedules and reporting requirements Maintain organized accounting records and support reporting system uploads (e.g., Hyperion) Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and corporate initiatives as needed Requirements: 5–7 years of accounting experience in corporate or shared services environments Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supervising an accounting team Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting processes Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile accounts and perform GL analysis Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent certification preferred) Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively Experience in marketing or multi-entity corporate environments is a plus Benefits: 100% remote work with flexibility to operate from anywhere Competitive USD-based compensation Paid time off to support work-life balance and wellbeing Flexible, results-oriented working culture focused on autonomy Opportunity to work with leading U.S.-based and international clients Exposure to a global, multicultural te
