Key job responsibilities The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the preparation, review, and filing of 10-Q, 8-K, 10-K, and other filings with the SEC, which includes preparation and review of US GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists and monitoring progress against reporting calendar milestones. The Accounting Manager will also assist in responding to requests for financial information from other external entities. This role will require significant collaboration with internal stakeholders within and outside the accounting organization, including finance, legal, tax, and statutory accounting teams.
