What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, At least 5 years of experience across accounting and operations, At least 1 year in a managerial or team-lead experience, Technical knowledge of TFRS, Technical knowledge of Thai tax law, Statutory combined exposure to AP, AR, and treasury, Proven experience leading end-to-end close cycles, Proven experience managing external audits, Proven experience overseeing cash and working capital, Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) for analysis, reconciliation, and cash forecasting, Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, English communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
CPA is a plus, MBA is a plus, CFA is a plus, Further professional certification is a plus, Managerial or team-lead experience in the tech, services, or consulting industry is a plus, Hands-on experiences with Odoo (ERP and accounting system), Equivalent experience with other ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) combined with willingness to ramp up on Odoo will also be considered, Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
What You'll Do.

Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in line with TFRS
Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles
Lead treasury and cash management activities
Ensure full compliance with Thai tax regulations
Oversee timely tax filings and submissions
Manage the annual external audit
Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors
and continuously improve accounting and finance policies
Support and coach a team of accounting staff across general ledger
and treasury functions

Partner with business units across Sertis; Partner with people team, project managers, and business team to align financial operations with commercial activity; Coach a small team of accounting and finance staff
