What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of accounting experience, Experience owning monthly close and general accounting processes in a multi-entity environment, understanding of US GAAP, Experience with audits and working with external auditors
Nice to Have
Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus, CPA or public accounting background is a plus
What You'll Do.

and equity accounting
Perform and review detailed flux and variance analysis
identifying and proactively investigating unexpected trends or anomalies in our financials
Identify and drive improvements to accounting processes
and controls to support scale
and prepare the company for future growth
Lead and develop a team of 3 (Senior Accountant and 2 Staff Accountants)
continuously improving close speed
Lead the end-to-end audit process for non-revenue areas
Partner with external advisors and internal leadership on technical accounting and corporate tax related matters
