Pariveda is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team in Dallas. This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role, one that requires strong judgment, clear communication, and a genuine passion for improving processes, building teams, and developing people. You Can Expect To: As a member of the Finance and Accounting team, you will own the enterprise-wide accounting function and lead a high-performing team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple entities in compliance with US GAAP. You can expect to: - Own the month-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements. - Lead the Accounting team and partner with external accounting firm to complete the annual financial statement audit. - Prepare and present monthly financial results to internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain effective internal financial controls to support accurate reporting, compliance, and risk mitigation. - Oversee revenue recognition and project accounting in compliance with US GAAP. - Review key balance sheet reconciliations, including WIP, unbilled and deferred revenue, prepaids, benef
