Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, understanding and practical application of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance, Experience working within an ERP system, knowledge of U. S. GAAP and financial reporting, Experience managing full-cycle month-end close processes, Ability to prepare and post complex journal entries and reconciliations, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with willingness to support operational accounting activities as needed, High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have
Previous experience managing or mentoring accounting staff, NetSuite experience, Public accounting experience, NetSuite experience, Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments, Experience supporting audits and technical accounting matters
What You'll Do.
Establish internal controls and procedures
Manage month-end and year-end close process
Prepare and review journal entries
Lead revenue accounting processes
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
Support audit requests
Identify process improvements
Partner cross-functionally
Assist with ad hoc reporting
Provide guidance to direct report
Ensure compliance with U. S. GAAP
Support ERP system enhancements
