FieldAI is looking for an Accounting Manager to help scale the accounting and operational foundation of the company as we continue growing. This is a hands-on builder role focused on: owning core accounting operations improving close quality and scalability leading complex revenue recognition work building scalable processes and controls helping operationalize finance infrastructure in a fast-moving startup environment You’ll partner closely with GTM, hardware, operations, and finance teams while helping support both software and hardware revenue streams. This role reports to the Controller and operates with high ownership and autonomy. ## What You'll Do Revenue Recognition & Technical Accounting Serve as a key internal resource on ASC 606 and revenue recognition matters Review and analyze customer contracts across software, hardware, and services arrangements Prepare technical accounting memos and SSP analyses Maintain and improve revenue recognition policies and NetSuite ARM workflows Partner with GTM teams on accounting implications of deal structures Close & Reporting Own and improve the monthly close process across global entities Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, accruals, deferred revenue, and intercompany accounting Improve close
