What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance within a complex or regulated environment, knowledge of accounting standards, statutory reporting, audit processes, and tax compliance, Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct reporting authority, analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous business situations objectively, Clear communicator with stakeholder management skills in an international context, Fluency in English and solid Dutch language skills

Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification
What You'll Do.
Ensure full compliance with local corporate
and submission of statutory accounts
and regulatory requirements
Coordinate internal and external audits
and follow-up of audit actions
financing arrangements
and local banking activities
Act as finance lead for joint venture matters
shareholder governance
and concession obligations
Collaborate closely with the Finance Shared Service Centre to ensure high-quality period and year-end closings
and develop a small (partly remote) accounting team
promoting collaboration and capability building
