We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations: * Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang * Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi * Verify all payable documents in line with P2P process and Vietnamese tax law * Track accounts payable KPIs to ensure process improvement opportunities are identified and can be implemented * Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accrual preparations. * Resolving issues by selecting the best solution from a few choices for reoccurring problems * Assure all expenses (invoices and T&E) are correctly allocated * Follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to collect missing information or supporting documents when required. * Prepare and input Journal entries into Misa system * Support internal and external audit requests when required * Perform basic general ledger and accounts payable data checks as assigned. * Other adhoc task assigned by Line Manager ## Qualifications * Must be a final-year student or fresh graduate pursuing a degree in Accounting or Auditing, Finance, or related * Full-time availability within 6 months is required * English communic
