Must Have
NetSuite Administrator Certification (required), 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a professional environment, Deep expertise in NetSuite Inventory and Item management, Proven experience connecting and integrating systems through native connectors, iPaaS tools (e.g. , Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft), or custom API integrations, understanding of core accounting and finance processes (GL, AP, AR, procurement, close cycle), Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business requirements into technical configurations, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, U. S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , protected individual as defined by 8 U. S. C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U. S. Department of State

Partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements

and deliver enhancements through the NetSuite development lifecycle (customizations
Own system-level internal controls (access controls
segregation of duties
and audit trails) and maintain supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness and policy compliance
Maintain system documentation including process maps
and user training materials
Lead or support NetSuite upgrades
and release management
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency
and process automation across the finance tech stack
Provide end-user training and support for finance system tools
