This is an on-site role with remote on Fridays. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Corporate functions, the Accounting & Finance Recruiter will be responsible for a variety of recruitment activities to ensure the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable. **What a typical day looks like:** * Manage the end-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment process for roles in accounting, finance, and related functions. * As the talent subject matter expert, partner with the corporate HR teams and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies, source, and screen qualified internal and external candidates, and provide labor market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc.). * Provide “white glove service” during the recruitment process, prioritizing a high-touch level of communication to enable an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. * Guide and develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts. * Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates. * Represent the organization at job fairs an
