What You'll Do.
Entering invoice information in Accounts Payable System
Reconciling procurement reports
Other accounting functions
Support main receptionists by answering main phone lines
Accurately enter invoice information in accordance with processing procedures
Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the proper general ledger account
Contact U-Haul entities to verify information received or correct other issues
Reconcile procured items against purchase orders and invoices
Answer main switchboard calls and route calls to appropriate destination
