The Accounting Clerk will be part of the Accounts Payable (AP) Team and report to the AP Manager. The clerk will primarily assist in coding and mapping credit card charges into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and reviewing timesheets and expense reports for our physician payroll. The ideal candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality, be able to build strong relationships across teams, have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be tech-savvy.   Experience Level This is a great opportunity for a current college student or recent accounting graduate seeking to develop hands-on experience, or for someone with relevant accounting experience looking to grow their career in a positive, team-oriented environment.   What You Will Do   Physician Payroll (1099 contractors): • Create deal sheets within the customer relationship management system, Salesforce • Work with sales consultants and managers to ensure all information on deal sheets is accurate • Work closely with the Assignment Coordinators while managing Pay Projections • Assist in reviewing expense reports for accuracy • Assist in onboarding providers to ADP   Accounts Payable: • Extract credit
