Manage payables inbox
Maintain correspondence with vendors

Ensure accuracy of documentation

Assist with monthly A/P close
Prepare monthly corporate credit card reconciliations
Allocate expenses to projects
Set up new vendors in ERP
Check HST registration
Collect compliance documentation
Maintain compliance documentation
Assist with mailing payments
Provide payment confirmations
Communicate payment timelines
