Must Have
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, German language skills at C1 level, Good command of English, Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, P2P, or treasury processes, Experience with accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Good MS Excel skills, Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines, Proactive mindset and confidence in client communication
Nice to Have
Experience from SSC, consulting, or shared service environment is a plus
What You'll Do.
Independently support operational accounting processes (AP
and reconcile financial transactions within agreed timelines
and clarifications with clients and internal teams
Support end-to-end finance processes
including cash application and treasury-related activities
Actively communicate with German-speaking clients (emails
Participate in month-end closing and support financial reporting
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Perform basic financial analysis and identify discrepancies
Contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency
Support junior colleagues when needed
