Must Have

1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, German language skills at C1 level, Good command of English, Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, P2P, or treasury processes, Experience with accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Good MS Excel skills, Ability to prioritize, Work independently, Meet deadlines, Proactive mindset, Confidence in client communication

Experience from SSC, consulting, or shared service environment

Support operational accounting processes

Record financial transactions

Review financial transactions

Reconcile financial transactions

Follow-ups with clients

Clarifications with clients

Support end-to-end finance processes

Communicate with German-speaking clients

Participate in month-end closing

Support financial reporting

Assist in financial statements preparation

Perform financial analysis

Identify discrepancies

Contribute to process improvements

Support junior colleagues
