Accounting Certification – Level 1 ACCA Technician or equivalent level in Finance / Business
What You'll Do.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
and expense reimbursements
Assist with payroll processing and employee wage calculations
Maintain and update employee payroll records
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing
Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
Handle data entry and maintain accurate accounting databases
Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and payroll
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting tasks
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations
Assist in preparing tax filings
and other payroll-related documents
Track and process employee benefits
Generate financial reports and summaries for management review
Monitor and process expense reports in accordance with company policies
Assist in developing and improving accounting procedures and controls
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll taxes and filings
Communicate with external vendors
and financial institutions as needed
Stay updated on changes in accounting and payroll regulations
Carry out other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to the position from time to time
