What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Business level English, Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 2+ years of working experience in public accounting (preferably Big 4) and/or in an accounting function with understanding of accounting, High attention to detail, Problem-solving ability, Prioritization skills, Ability to execute on deliverables in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, Willingness to embrace and drive changes, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excel skills

Big 4 public accounting experience
What You'll Do.
Record and maintain journal entries
Ensure accuracy in general ledger
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Update and maintain accounting SOPs
Assist with prepaid schedules
Maintain assigned balance sheet accounts
Assist with lease schedules
Support JE generations
Support variance analysis
Provide commentary on P&L movements
Identify process improvements
Streamline month-end closing
Support automation initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Operations and AP teams; Build personalized relationships with key stakeholders; Support Treasury team on payments initiations
