What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations, Fluency in German (C1 level), Good command of English, Experience with accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar), Advanced MS Excel skills
Nice to Have
Solid understanding of accounting processes such as AP, AR, GL, Procure-to-Pay, or treasury, Experience in consulting, SSC, or a shared service environment, Knowledge of accounting or tax regulations

Support and coordinate operational finance and accounting processes

Work with accounting data
Support and coordinate end-to-end finance processes
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in German
Drive resolution of open items
Support month-end closing activities
Assist in preparation of financial statements
Perform basic financial analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes
