What You'll Do.
Execute comprehensive Accounts Payable workflows (including Concur
SAP FI) from start to finish
ensuring accuracy and timeliness
and resolve recurring issues
identifying root causes and patterns
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of open items
Maintain and update process documentation and ensure audit readiness
Review accounting postings and escalate issues in a clear and structured way
Support onboarding and training of new team members in standard AP activities
Participate in country-specific controls and month-end close activities
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
