Bachelor's degree in accounting, 5–8+ years of accounting experience, Experience in payroll processing, Solid knowledge of UAE VAT, Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, Hands-on experience in intercompany accounting, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in accounting software
Nice to Have
Experience in recruitment companies, Experience in staffing companies, Experience in outsourcing companies, Experience in manpower supply companies, Exposure to high-volume payroll processing, Experience handling payroll processing and client invoicing
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
Ensure timely salary disbursement
Handle payroll reconciliation
Handle payroll reporting
Maintain accurate payroll records
Manage accounting operations for multiple companies
Prepare consolidated financial statements
Prepare standalone financial statements
Ensure accurate inter-company allocations
Ensure accurate inter-company reconciliations
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Investigate discrepancies
Resolve discrepancies
Ensure accurate cash flow tracking
Ensure accurate cash flow reporting
Record intercompany balances
Reconcile intercompany balances
Ensure proper documentation
Ensure compliance between entities
Maintain accuracy in cost allocation
Maintain accuracy in transfers
Oversee client invoicing
Oversee vendor billing
Ensure accuracy in accounts payable
Ensure accuracy in accounts receivable
Monitor outstanding payments
Follow up on collections
Prepare and file VAT returns
Prepare and file tax submissions
Provide financial documentation
Assist in annual budgeting
Assist in forecasting activities
Prepare financial reports
Prepare variance analysis
Support management with financial insights
