Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience, Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, Experience in a public accounting and/or corporate environment, Experience in a technology or high-growth company, Experience in a SOX environment, Big 4 accounting firm experience, Experience with ERP systems, Proficiency in working with large datasets in Excel, Experience supporting audits, Ability to respond to auditor requests
Nice to Have
CPA is highly preferred, CPA charterholder preferred, Oracle ERP experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead full-cycle accounting for international subsidiaries
Identify automation-first opportunities
Collaborate with Finance Transformation teams
Deploy AI agents and automated workflows
Partner with local service providers
Oversee statutory filings
Oversee local compliance
Reconcile local GAAP to US GAAP
Act as strategic consultant to FP&A
Provide insights into international OpEx trends
Ensure compliance with accounting policies
Ensure compliance with SOX controls
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support external audits
Provide accurate and timely information
Perform special projects

This role will oversee the financial integrity of our international subsidiaries while championing "automation-first" initiatives and is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of operational accounting and is ready to apply that knowledge in a tech-forward environment. You will have the autonomy to identify efficiencies and the support to implement AI-enabled solutions, making this a high-impact role.
