The role is responsible for ensuring robust financial control, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance with statutory and group requirements, while actively contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. The chosen candidate will be responsible for: Maintain and strengthen financial controls, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all financial processes Prepare monthly management accounts and group reporting, including variance analysis and commentary Monitor expenditure against approved budgets, ensuring adherence to internal controls and highlighting risks or deviations Manage VAT and tax-related matters in line with Maltese legislation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements Liaise with internal and external auditors, supporting audit processes and addressing findings as required Oversee the administration of invoicing and payment processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy Analyse production cost variances and provide actionable insights to support operational performance Support the preparation and mon
