ABOUT THE ROLE Sanctuary is a construction and development company operating across 7 to 8 entities with different payment structures. We are looking for a precise, ownership-driven Accountant who can walk into a fast-moving environment, figure out what needs to be done, and just do it - without being told twice. This is not a clock-in clock-out role. It is not basic bookkeeping. It is not consolidating numbers someone else has already organized. You will be the only finance person on the ground, and you will be expected to own the financial operations of this company end to end - from cleaning up what is behind to building a system that keeps things accurate and visible going forward. If you need hand-holding, a manager to escalate to, or a structured SOP on day one, this role is not for you.
