You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders locally and in overseas offices to ensure a flawless execution. We are currently working a 4/1 hybrid schedule, and only local candidates will be considered. Responsibilities: * Handle full accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance * Manage accounts payable and receivable * Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies * Handle payroll and benefits administration for North American offices and prepare required filings * Complete monthly closing activities and prepare financial reporting * Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock records * Oversee trade credit management - credit applications, limit monitoring, insurer/broker liaison * Support external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations ## Qualifications Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience * Hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, payroll and benefits administration
