Meeting all corporate and statutory reporting deadlines; Oversee efficient and correct processing by WNS with minimal errors or complaints from the business

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified Accountant, US GAAP experience, Experience of legal, financial and tax regulations across South East Asia
Nice to Have
2 years at Senior Associate Level at an audit firm, Experience in the sports, media or events industries, Big Four experience
What You'll Do.
Assist with the accounting function for existing Southeast Asia entities
quarter end close and monthly close in accordance with US GAAP & Corporate Policies
Day to day management of the Accounts Receivable process
Day to day management of the Accounts Payable process
Oversight of vendor maintenance
Review of weekly payment proposals
Management of general banking matters and cashflow forecasting
Monitoring and checking of staff travel expense claims
event float requirements and banking
Provide information to our tax advisors for the annual Corporate Tax return
Provide information to our external auditors for financial statements audits
Prepare and file quarterly GST returns
Prepare and file Withholding Tax returns as and when required
Uphold a internal control environment
