This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll allocations and reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness. Provide billing support and assist with related documentation. Conduct ad hoc project payroll analysis as needed. Ensure unwavering attention to detail and effective follow-up on tasks. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Required: 1–3 years of experience in accounting; construction industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and analytical skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred: Experience with payroll processes in a construction environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong work ethic and follow-up skills. Ability to adapt to changing project needs. Familiarity with additional accounting software or tools.
