Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of accounting experience in a global company, Experience using an ERP system (e. g. Workday) and a understanding of US GAAP, Experience supporting month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis, written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to partner effectively with global stakeholders, Must be able to work US based EST hours
Nice to Have
Prior experience using Workday, Experience supporting US-based finance teams across time zones, Exposure to SOX compliance and audit support processes, Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations)
