Ensuring accurate financial closing; Driving operational excellence; Accounting simplification process; Supporting finance governance & control; Ensure timely closing activities; Ensure forecasting accuracy; Ensure completion of financial statements and tax filings

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, and/or audit., Proven experience in managing accounting functions within multinational corporations (MNCs)., Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence initiatives, including finance process improvement and simplification., Experience working with shared services teams (offshore/overseas) as well as external accounting firm models.
Nice to Have
Thailand CPA or CPD is an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end finance & accounting processes
Month-end and Year-end closing
Prepare cash forecast
Coordinate with external auditor & tax firm
Be a level 1 control owner
Collaborate and provide guidance to SSC team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaising with external accounting firms and Coface Shared Service Center (SSC) for closing activities.; Act as key liaison with our banking partner; Collaborate and provide guidance to SSC team in India; Support Regional CFO to drive “Operational excellence” initiative; Support & strongly collaborate with other finance team
