What You'll Do.
Reconcile the general ledger
ensuring accuracy and consistency in recording financial transactions
Assist controllers in completing their monthly tasks per set timelines
including reconciling (monthly)
calculating taxes/VAT
and assisting with audits
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns
ensuring compliance with local
and federal regulations for multiple countries
Support the year-end closing processes
including complex journal entries
inter-company balances and transfer pricing adjustments
Ad-hoc business projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement

The Role We are seeking a hands-on Accountant with strong expertise in accounting and tax, along with excellent interpersonal skills, to support our growth and expansion while ensuring compliance with all local reporting requirements. This is a hybrid role, going into an office 3x a week. Responsibilities - Reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and consistency in recording financial transactions - Assist controllers in completing their monthly tasks per set timelines, including reconciling (monthly), calculating taxes/VAT, and assisting with audits - Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for multiple countries - Support the year-end closing processes, including complex journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, inter-company balances and transfer pricing adjustments - Ad-hoc business projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement Requirement
