The Accountant will be working with the Singapore office and with a team consisting of around 23 people from different backgrounds. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the financial administration and reporting of one or more entities within the Boskalis Group. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to: 1. Maintain a full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL). 2. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial/management reports. 3. Prepare periodic reporting packages to the Head Office and external parties. 4. Prepare forecast and annual budget. 5. Liaise with the tax agent for the preparation and submission of the tax return. 6. Lead audit process and liaise with auditors. 7. Preparation of annual financial statements. 8. Ad-hoc assignments and projects when required. Requirements Education/Certificates 1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent is preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of related working experience. 3. Good knowledge of Singapore FRS, taxation, and GST. Other Requirements 1. Good command of English (written and spoken). 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel. 3. Able to perform under work pressure and a deadline. 4. Intrinsically motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5. Results and action-oriented, tenacity, resilience, and compassion. ## Qualificat
