Verify expense documents
Resolve expense discrepancies
Process capex payment requests
Track outstanding payments
Resolve payment issues
Process urgent disbursals
Coordinate invoice issuance
Review cash application
Review monthly ageing reports
Coordinate collection efforts
Escalate unresolved delays
Monitor bank accounts
Facilitate client onboarding
Verify royalty supporting documents
Coordinate royalty payments
Review final run report
Maintain banking details
Compile payment approval process
Review payment module interface
Update payee account balances
Address royalty payment queries
Coordinate approved advance payments
Prepare journal vouchers
Upload monthly entries
Maintain month-end close checklist
Coordinate intercompany recharges
Coordinate group royalty payables
Reconcile royalty interface
Track monthly accruals
Track actual payments
