What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or hedge fund accounting, Mandatory hands-on experience with PAXUS, Demonstrated expertise in preparing complex financial statements, applying accounting standards and policies independently with minimal supervision, Exceptional attention to detail, proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within tight deadlines, managing complex workloads, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, organizational and multitasking skills
What You'll Do.
Prepare and complete NAV calculations
financial statements with disclosures
capital call and distribution workings
and recurring fund and client reporting within agreed timelines.
and timeliness of all deliverables by acquiring a understanding of client agreements
and reporting requirements
and addressing review comments effectively.
Support onboarding of new private equity funds and assist with accounting platform conversions to Investran and Paxus
including preparation of supporting schedules
and management accounts.
Maintain compliance with internal policies
and supporting resolution of errors
or operational risks.
Manage workflow and client communication by monitoring deliverables through workflow tools
and internal queries within defined timeframes
supporting teammates as required
and acting as a backup for senior roles when needed.
