Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hedge fund or fund accounting, knowledge of NAV calculation, corporate actions, and fund accounting principles, Good analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Paxus experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Supporting hedge fund accounting operations
Corporate actions processing
Financial reporting using fund accounting systems such as Paxus
Prepare and review NAV calculations
including booking of accrals
Process and validate corporate actions (dividends
mergers) and ensure accurate accounting treatment
Record and reconcile fund transactions including trades
and positions against brokers/custodians
Monitor and analyze accruals
and expense allocations to ensure completeness and accuracy
Support month-end close
and investor reporting in compliance with accounting standards
