What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or hedge fund accounting, Mandatory hands-on experience with PAXUS, Demonstrated expertise in preparing complex financial statements and applying accounting standards and policies independently with minimal supervision, Exceptional attention to detail, proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within tight deadlines while managing complex workloads, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, organizational and multitasking skills

ABOUT THE ROLE: Job Description This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality fund accounting services to private equity and fund clients under the guidance of assigned supervisors. The position focuses on core accounting processes, low-complexity ad hoc tasks, and standard client deliverables, while performing self-reviews to ensure continuous improvement and quality outcomes. The role supports the preparation of NAVs, financial statements, capital call and distribution workings, investor reporting, and payment processing, as well as onboarding and system conversions of private equity funds onto platforms such as Investran and Paxus. The individual works closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and client service level agreements, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing delivery environment.
