What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or hedge fund accounting, Mandatory hands-on experience with PAXUS, with capability to manage fund accounting processes using the platform, Demonstrated expertise in preparing complex financial statements and applying accounting standards and policies independently with minimal supervision, Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within tight deadlines while managing complex workloads, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, combined with organizational and multitasking skills to handle varying levels of complexity
What You'll Do.
and high-quality fund accounting services to private equity and fund clients
Performing self-reviews to ensure continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Supporting the preparation of NAVs
capital call and distribution workings
and payment processing
Onboarding and system conversions of private equity funds onto platforms such as Investran and Paxus
Ensuring compliance with firm policies
regulatory requirements
and client service level agreements

Works closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and client service level agreements; Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing delivery environment; Supporting teammates as required
