Must Have

CA or equivalent professional qualification, Experience with direct real estate investments and complex entity structures
What You'll Do.

preparing core financial deliverables such as NAVs
and financial statements
supports tax compliance
cash flow and liquidity reporting
plays an active role in audit and consolidation processes
