Must Have
Mandatory experience with Yardi, Familiarity with financial and accounting reporting systems, Knowledge of SOX, Knowledge of internal controls, Proven experience with direct real estate investments, Proven experience with complex accounting structures, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to multitask, Ability to prioritize effectively, Ability to analyze technical accounting issues, Ability to make sound, well-reasoned decisions with attention to detail, Fluent in written and spoken English, Highly proficient in spreadsheets, Highly proficient in computer applications, Proactive and initiative-driven, Collaborative team player, Integrity and professionalism

What You'll Do.
Supporting end-to-end financial accounting and reporting activities for funds and related entities with complex holding structures
Day-to-day accounting execution and preparation
and year-end processes
Contributing to accurate financial records
Contributing to timely reporting
Contributing to audit readiness
Performing routine accounting activities including processing bank statements
recording incoming and outgoing invoices
and preparing accruals and provisions
Preparing and maintaining interest calculation schedules
amortization and depreciation schedules
month-end balance sheet reconciliations
and intercompany reconciliations
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
and quarterly NAV and FMV reports
Supporting intercompany settlement processes by preparing reconciliation details
Assisting administration teams
Compiling financial data required for local tax filings and lending bank information packages
Assisting with year-end and audit processes by preparing working papers
internal and external reports

and ad-hoc reports or reconciliations
