Full Job Description
## Description We're looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to step into a fast-moving, high-ownership contract role covering maternity leave. This isn't a ramp-up-slowly kind of position, we need someone who can hit the ground running, build trust with clients quickly, and thrive in an environment that moves fast and rewards people who can hold their own in ambiguity. You'll support on owning the day-to-day client relationship, drive execution across cross-functional teams, and be the connective tissue between our clients, agency partners and P10's delivery team for a new indication launch. The client is collaborative, direct, and informal, they'd rather you call or text than send a 20-slide deck. This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA. Travel will be required up 20% to client sites. ## Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and credibility from day one Navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with confidence, bringing clarity and calm when things get chaotic Show up for clients in the way they work, including occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration Strategic Account Management: Develop a deep understanding of client business, disease areas, brand strategy, and HCP marketing priorities Partner with P10's internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and print Support launch and new indication work, hitting the ground running on complex, milestone-driven campaigns Financial Oversight: Support budget management, forecasting, and financial performance tracking in partnership with Operations Flag scope changes and budget risks early and proactively ## Requirements 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years considered w
