Full Job Description
Position Summary: We’re growing and looking for an Account Supervisor (AS), Client Navigation to provide day-to-day management and delivery of account work for our healthcare and pharma clients. As a digitally forward agency, we’re looking for curious, adaptable team members who are excited to help shape the future of communications. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with emerging AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to uncover insights, identify trends, and help translate complex data into meaningful recommendations and dashboards for clients. Responsibilities include: Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q training in communications, media or PR necessary Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism Essential Skills: The AS plays a critical role in Green Room’s mission to be a best in class public relations agency and must demonstrate: A high level of initiative and leadership Solution-oriented problem-solving approach to challenges Solid work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment Excellent grammar and writing skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Superior organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities Attention to detail and dedication to quality Appreciation and understanding of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of Green Room PR, including superior client service 24/7 during and outside of regular office hours, as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Embodiment of Green Room’s Core Values: We own it.
