Proven experience of at least 6 years in an advertising agency, Experience in managing 360 ° advertising campaigns and social media management, Previous experience managing/mentoring others, Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment, Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage several projects at the same time, Excellent attention to detail, effective organizational abilities, High level of English, German Native level

What You'll Do.
coordination of client´s global 360º campaigns and projects
supervising an Account and Project Management Team
main point of contact for the German Market
communicating clearly all the aspect of each campaign to all those involved
understanding both client´s and agency´s needs and objectives
liaise closely with them daily throughout projects
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their projects requirements
Presenting and negotiating project plans
ensuring their correct implementation in the different markets
Working with all agency departments to ensure all projects are correctly developed
Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects
Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client and suppliers at all stages
Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans
Delivery of the media plans for Germany
