What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in business development or execution role, Demonstrates basic computer skills, Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions, Intellectual curiosity, Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets), Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment, Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business
Nice to Have
Fluent communication skills in French or Turkish are nice to have.
What You'll Do.
Growing the coverage and quality of Agoda’s supply network
Taking care of a large portfolio of emerging supply partners
Assisting in partnership related functions at scale
Contacting high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value
Contacting new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registrations
Encouraging program participation through focused project sprints
Communicating efficiently with partners through various communication methods including phone
messaging and webinars
Training and informing partners on our technologies
Prioritizing daily tasks
Tracking progress in internal systems
