Associate's degree or two (2) years' work experience, Three (3) years of work experience, Two (2) years of experience in sales, benefit enrollment, benefit administration, or a related area, One (1) year of customer service experience, Possess or obtain Agent's license within 60 days of hire and appointed with Office of Insurance Commissioner or DOI
Nice to Have
Bachelors degree, Knowledge of Premera products, operations, policies and underwriting guidelines, Experience with Seibel or other CRM applications, Three (3) years of benefit administration, enrollment and/or sales account structure experience
