What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's degree or 2 years work experience, 3 years work experience, 2 years sales, benefit enrollment, or administration experience, 1 year customer service experience, Possess or obtain Agent's license within 60 days
Nice to Have
Bachelors degree, Knowledge of Premera products, operations, policies, underwriting, Experience with Seibel or other CRM applications, 3 years benefit administration, enrollment, or sales account structure experience
