What You'll Do.

Formulate a comprehensive technical account plan/strategy

Lead sales engagements to their technical conclusion

Understand customer use cases

Craft technical solutions utilizing the Informatica Data Management Cloud

Educate both customers and internal stakeholders about the Informatica value proposition

Engage in in-depth architectural discussions

Ensure that solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage in the cloud

Proactively learn and actively contribute to a growth mindset

Develop collective selling assets

knowledge repositories

and enablement materials

Contribute to pipeline generation through the delivery of technical workshops

active participation in social media promotions

content creation for external dissemination

and involvement in industry marketing events

Serve as a channel for feedback to the product management team

Support the Customer Success team through collaboration and supporting customer nurture activities to drive consumption

Function as the main technical contact for the customer

Manage customer engagements independently

and competitive intelligence for major or area of focus across area or theater

Stay current on certification of services required for area of responsibility

Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo with no assistance including discovery
