What You'll Do.
Manage specialized account types
Assist in broader recovery processes
Monitor and manage total loss accounts
Act as liaison with insurance carrier
Review settlement offers
Cancel after-market products
Confirm and document deceased customer
Obtain supporting documents
Communicate with family members
Review accounts for resolution paths
Maintain thorough documentation
Assist customers with delinquent accounts
Engage with customers considering voluntary surrender
Process accounts involving seized collateral
Coordinate with law enforcement
Evaluate and support reinstatement of repossessions
Handle escalated customer calls
Provide cross-functional support
Learn administrative tasks
Meet productivity targets
Meet compliance targets
Review delinquent accounts for charge-off eligibility
Initiate charge-off processing
Close repossession assignments
Assign accounts to skip tracing vendors
Upload necessary documentation
Update systems with account status
Serve as backup for team processes
Maintain compliance with federal laws

Identify process improvements
