oversee a portfolio of large and complex business relationships

Provide oversight of all services offered

Independently oversee daily customer service
ensure that service level agreements are met
Develop client relationships and overall satisfaction
Regularly engage with factoring clients

Serve as a trusted advisor
offering expert guidance on prospective debtors and receivable solutions
enhance client aging performance and overall profitability
Regularly monitor portfolios
identify trends in activity
Mitigate risk and discrepancies on portfolio
promptly take appropriate action to address or correct the issue
Consistently conduct risk assessments and aging assessments
analyze client provided financials
Apply and coach credit judgment
evaluate complex credit risks
Prepare and present comprehensive credit proposals and recommendations
collaborating with credit and operations teams
ensuring credit quality and optimal collateral performance
Manage verification levels for each account and funding based on risk
Manage the reserve releases based on payment trends
Coach your team to do the same with respect to managing the reserve
formulate a reasonable recovery plan when an over advance occurs
and implement projects that enhance productivity
Communicate progress and/or concerns to department manager
Keep regularly informed of industry and overall economic financial trends
Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures
Adhere to compliance procedures

_**Job Description:**_ This person oversees all aspects of a transportation factoring portfolio team, including direct management of several Account Representatives while also providing backup support as necessary. In addition to supervision, this person will oversee a portfolio of large and complex business relationships, to achieve client and risk management goals for Firstline Funding Group. **Qualifications:** This person should have a Bachelor’s degree, plus five years of related experience or the equivalent. A high level of emotional intelligence and adeptness in managing difficult conversations and navigating change is preferred. Effective communication skills, strong financial acumen, and deep knowledge of accounts receivable financing concepts, including extensive knowledge of market dynamics and factoring industry trends is necessary. Strong organizational and analytical skills are critical, with close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while meeting deadlines and managing numerous business clients and major initiatives is key.
