Apply and coach credit judgment

Prepare and present comprehensive credit proposals and recommendations

Manage verification levels for each account and funding based on risk

Manage the reserve releases based on payment trends

Coach your team to do the same with respect to managing the reserve

formulate a reasonable recovery plan when an over advance occurs

_**Job Description:**_ This person oversees all aspects of a transportation factoring portfolio team, including direct management of several Account Representatives while also providing backup support as necessary. In addition to supervision, this person will oversee a portfolio of large and complex business relationships, to achieve client and risk management goals for Firstline Funding Group. **Qualifications:** This person should have a Bachelor’s degree, plus five years of related experience or the equivalent. A high level of emotional intelligence and adeptness in managing difficult conversations and navigating change is preferred. Effective communication skills, strong financial acumen, and deep knowledge of accounts receivable financing concepts, including extensive knowledge of market dynamics and factoring industry trends is necessary. Strong organizational and analytical skills are critical, with close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while meeting deadlines and managing numerous business clients and major initiatives is key.
