What You'll Do.
Resolve customer delinquency
Negotiate with customers
Educate customers on timely payments
Provide excellent customer service
Determine suitability of assistance options
Perform account reviews
Audit severely delinquent accounts
Resolve past due accounts
Perform outbound calls
Collect on past due payments
Identify loss mitigation opportunities
Address customer concerns
Service a portfolio of accounts
Assist borrowers with inquiries
Perform outbound email communication
Handle Consumer Lending loan timelines
Achieve log-in time requirements
Assist other departments with phone coverage
Analyze Debt and income information
Document mortgage collections system
Order home occupancy inspections
Review home occupancy inspections

Top performers have the potential to earn between $50,000 and $60,000 annually. * The annual compensation range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
