What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ year of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role, 2+ years of experience in the Furniture industry or graduation from our Customer Onboarding and Revenue Activation team, Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Ability to travel to attend a minimum of 4 industry-related trade shows a year for a week at a time for preset dates, Ability to educate clients and drive product-based solutions through a relationship-building approach, written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once, Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to support sales initiatives and campaigns
