Explore and establish new channels
manage and screen distributor cooperation
and establish long-term stable strategic partnerships.
Lead negotiations with retail chain headquarters
and internal company processes.
Actively accelerate product launch
and conversion. Promote innovative products into hospitals
increasing market coverage and penetration.
Responsible for tendering work in the target area
ensuring a leading position and market share.
Collaborate across departments
provide timely feedback on market information
ensure smooth implementation of sales plans
and resolve issues encountered in the business process.
Ensure all actions comply with and follow national and company policies and standards
while maintaining professional standards and performance.
